MALTA - Gerald J. Dessureau, 24, was charged Tuesday with misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment, reckless driving, illegal speed contest and fleeing police in a motor vehicle, according to police after they stopped a motorcycle race on the northway in progress.
Bail has not been established.
