Gordon and Lucy Persons are home from Florida. They are happy to be back home after not being able to make it last summer.

The potluck supper and concert by Wade Hammond at the North River Methodist Church was enjoyable by all those that attended. So much food and good fellowship. Wade is from Alabama. The detour was a challenge but we made it.
Sue Wells from Hazlet, New Jersey and her mother and sisters enjoyed a weekend in the area. They spent the nights at the River House at The Glen. They enjoyed having great hot dogs from New Way Lunch. These hot dogs will be coming to Warrensburg soon at the old Potters Diner.
Cody Bacon, son of Larry and Jonelle Bacon was dedicated Sunday at the Sodom Community Church. Many friends and families attended the happy event. Refreshments were served after the service.
Brooke Denno was the guest of honor at her 16th birthday party. It was held at the Boy Scout hall. Even though it rained, many enjoyed a game of ball. Even some adults shared in the fun.
The calling hours for Patricia (Pat) Mosher will be Saturday, May 21 at Alexander Funeral Home from noon until 2 p.m. The service will follow.
