PLATTSBURGH - Timothy L. Irwin, 48, Chazy, crashed his motorcycle into a small tree April 29. He was transported to and later released from CVPH Medical Center.
Police ticketed Irwin for failing to wear a helmet and failing to reduce his speed for a special hazard.
