LAKEGEORGE- Charles F. Johnson 3rd, 25, of Warrensburg was arrested for DWI after police observed him traveling northbound on State Route 9 in Lake George with several equipment violations. Johnson was found to be intoxicated and arrested for DWI. Johnson submitted to a chemical test and his BAC was found to be .17%.
Johnson was released pending prosecution in Lake George Town Court.
