QUEENSBURY- Justin L. Hendrix, 30, of Hudson Falls was arrested last week after the Warren County Sheriff's Office received a civilian complaint of a vehicle swerving across lane-divider lines on Quaker Road in the town of Queensbury.
Hendrix is charged with felony driving while ability impaired by drugs after previous DWI convictions were uncovered. He was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
He was released on bail and is scheduled to appear in the Queensbury Town Court on a later date.
