Fort Ann 22, Bolton 0
FORT ANN - Bolton has yet to get their first win of the season and were topped by the Cardinals, who got 21 hits and struck out 17 Bolton batters in a shutout Friday, April 29.
Joe Foran and Bobby Luedders combined for 17 strikeouts. On offense, Jeff Johnson went 5 for 6 with two doubles and five RBIs. Robert Sprague was 4 for 5 with three doubles and two RBIs, and Foran went 3 for 4 with a double and two RBIs.
Vincent Barcia had a double for the Eagles.
Lake George 14, Fort Edward 0
FORT EDWARD - J.D. Jenkins threw a one-hitter for the Warriors, only letting a single by Justin Mallory sneak by in the fifth and struck out 11 in Lake George's win over Fort Edward Friday, April 29 in six innings.
Connor McCoy went 3 for 3 with three RBIs and two doubles. Peter Fisher had three hits and an RBI, Jenkins and Robbie Ford each had a double for Lake George.
The game was ended short as Fort Edward suffered injuries, keeping them from continuing.
Warrensburg 9, Whitehall 5
WARRENSBURG - John Joseph found his rhythm late and rallied Warrensburg, who hit a seven-run sixth inning to top Whitehall Friday, April 29.
Mike Curtis had a three-run home run to give the Burghers the lead as they returned from a 5-2 deficit. Lucas Nelson had a homer for Warrensburg, and both he and Joseph went 3-for-4.
Joseph walked the first four batters he faced, giving Whitehall its first run, but pitched a complete-game four-hitter with 14 strikeouts.
Jim Varney batted in three runs for Whitehall, who also got a solo home run by Josh Hoagland in the loss.
North Warren 9, Corinth 4
CORINTH - Cody Higgins struck out 13 batters and led North Warren to its first victory of the season Wednesday, April 27.
