QUEENSBURY-Janalee R. Altarac, 23, of Queensbury was charged with two counts of offering a false instrument for filing in the 1st degree, one count of welfare fraud in the 5th degree and one count of petit larceny after allegedly filing day care billing forms that contained false information with the Warren County Department of Social Services, according to police.
She fraudulently received approximately $920 in child care benefits. Altarac was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Queensbury Town Court.
