CHESTER - Kevin F. Colton, 55, of Chestertown was jailed last weekend for allegedly vandalizing a car that was parked across the street from a Route 9 bar, police said.
He was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, according to State Police.The car had two smashed headlights and a smashed windshield, according to state police.
Police determined Colton was under the influence of alcohol and he was arraigned and sent to Warren County Jail for lack of bail.
