MOOERS - Carol Ann Weckesser, 45, Mooers Forks, was charged with a felony count of assault with intent to cause injury with a weapon and two misdemeanors following a domestic dispute March 26.
State police allege Weckesser threatened her former boyfriend's new girlfriend with a small kitchen knife. Weckesser was reportedly staying at her former boyfriend's Blackman Corners Road residence until she could find a new home.
Weckesser was further charged with misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing.
She was arraigned before in Mooers Town Court and sent to Clinton County Jail on $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond.
