PLATTSBURGH - The Clinton County Historical Association is seeking Civil War memorabilia for an upcoming Civil War Sesquicentennial celebration.
Letters, photographs, and belongings of Civil War veterans are among items being sought. Those with historical items are being encouraged to donate or loan them to the museum.
