Too many text messages

On March 23, Vermont State Police received a complaint from Ashlee Godair, 21, of Rutland, advising that her husband had violated a Final Order for Relief from Abuse. According to Ashlee, William Godair, 24, of Castleton had sent her several text messages and had called her several times throughout the day. Investigation revealed that William sent several text messages via cell phone, which was a violation of an abuse prevention order granted by Rutland Family Court. William was ordered to have no contact with Ashlee. Some of the text included conversations not involving a custody issue, which was allowed according to the final order. William also used common text slang including the symbol for a "crying sad face," :'( . William was lodged at Marble Valley Correctional Facility.
