ALTONA - Tonyea M. Ellis, 38, Plattsburgh, was arrested after allegedly breaking a protection order and burglarizing a residence Feb. 26.
State police allege Ellis broke into a residence on Burdo Road in the town of Altona and attempted to remove property from the residence.
Ellis was charged with second-degree burglary, a felony, and second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. She was arraigned in Town of Champlain Court and committed to Clinton County Jail on $500 bail.
