GLENSFALLS-Jonathan T. Randolph, 33, crashed into a tree at a Ridge Road intersection last week, but was not hurt.
He was found to have a blood alcohol content of .22 percent, nearly triple the .08 limit. Police also revealed that the driver's license was suspended for a prior alcohol-related conviction.
Randolph received a felony charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in addition to a misdemeanor aggravated driving while intoxicated count, police said. He was arraigned in City Court and was sent to Warren County Jail for lack of bail.
