GLENS FALLS - Michael C. Pelletier, 22, was arrested after a traffic stop last week. Police found that he had a forged Vermont license plate on his car when he was stopped for driving while intoxicated, officials said.
Pelletier was charged with misdemeanor DWI, a felony count of criminal possession of a forged instrument and received a ticket for failure to yield the right of way at an intersection, Police said. He was arraigned and sent to Warren County Jail.
