PLATTSBURGH - State police arrested Janet S. Willette, 32, and James H. Ritchie, 33, both of Altona, on charges of fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and fifth-degree conspiracy, a misdemeanor.
The pair allegedly stole $1,357.75 from Champlain Centre, according to state police. Ritchie was also charged with second-degree harassment.
Willette and Ritchie were in Town of Plattsburgh Court and remanded to Clinton County Jail in lieu of $2,500 and $5,000 bail, respectively.
