PLATTSBURGH - The State University of New York at Plattsburgh will host its annual Spring Kick-Off Classic outdoor soccer tournament Saturday, April 9, and Sunday, April 10 at the Plattsburgh State Field House Soccer Complex on Rugar Street. The tournament will have four age groups - U12 boys, U12 girls, U14 girls, and a combined group of U16/U18 girls.
