TICONDEROGA - Arthur Ellis Jr., 62, was arrested March 14 on charges of promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child.
Ellis was allegedly found in possession of child pornography following an investigation by Ticonderoga Town Police. Police claim they found several DVDs containing child pornography in Ellis' Montcalm Street residence.
Ellis was arraigned in Ticonderoga Town Court and remanded to Essex County Jail without bail.
The matter is currently under investigation.
