Warrensburg Town Court Report

•Arthur F. Bessaw, 46, of High St. in Thurman agreed to a plea bargain in his case, in which a charge of DWI was reduced to DWAI, based on a traffic accident at 8:04 p.m. Feb. 19 on River St. in Warrensburg. Judge Richard Nissen sentenced Bessaw to a Conditional Discharge, and imposed a fine and surcharge of $601. Bessaw's license was suspended 90 days, and he was ordered to attend a Victims Impact Panel session.

•The case of Jessica K. Hayle was adjourned to March 16, and her license was suspended pending prosecution.

•The case of Bernard M. Monroe, 40, of River St. was adjourned to March 16. He is facing a felony charge of first-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, plus misdemeanor charges of DWI, Refusal to take a Breath Test, and Aggravated DWI for a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.18 percent - all based on an incident at 9:15 p.m. Feb. 19. Police said he operated his pickup under the influence of alcohol on River St. Police said his license was suspended in April 2010. His case, adjourned to March 16, was submitted to a county Grand Jury.

•The case of Adam Zawartkay, 20, of States Road, Stony Creek, was adjourned to March 16. He is accused of the Misdemeanor of Reckless Driving based on an incident at 10:30 p.m. Feb. 2 at the intersection of Main St. and the Judd Bridge in Warrensburg.

•The cases of Brian Cole and Christopher Daley were adjourned to March 30. The cases of Lynn Bennett, Clarissa Briggs, Glen Germain, Kade Hamblin, Jennifer Murphy, Colson Powell and Leah Printy were adjourned to March 16. No date was set for an adjournment of Mario Cumberbatch's case.
