Warrensburg Town Court Report

•Lynn Bonilla, 44, of King St. Warrensburg appeared on a charge of Endangering Welfare of a Child, based on an incident at 1:45 a.m. Feb. 12. Police said Bonilla allowed alcohol to be consumed by 11 people under the age of 21 - including a teen 14 years old - while hosting a birthday party at her home. An order of protection was issued and the case was adjourned to March 16. Brian L. Cole, 48, who shares the home with Bonilla, is also facing the same charge. The 11 underage partyers are facing charges of Possession of Alcohol in the incident.

•Prosecutors offered a plea bargain to Amanda L. Planty, 21, of Sanford St. in Warrensburg, in which she would plea to one charge of Resisting Arrest and be placed on probation, which would satisfy three separate charges related to several incidents. Her case was adjourned to April 13. Over the past year, she has been arrested on Misdemeanor charges for resisting arrest, slapping and spitting at police, and for slamming her forehead into the rear area of a Warren County Sheriff's patrol car causing a small dent, police said. Also, she delivered a baby shower invitation to a woman who she was forbidden by a local court to contact, authorities said.

•Timothy S. Condon, 44, of 11 Hudson St. Warrensburg, was arraigned on a charge of Criminal Contempt based on an incident at 9:30 p.m. Feb. 21. Police said Condon violated an order of protection by residing with a woman whom he was supposed to stay away from, following an earlier conviction of Criminal Possession of a Weapon. The case was adjourned to March 16.

•Timothy C. Calvert, 25, of South Johnsburg Road in Johnsburg was arraigned on a charge of third-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation based on an incident at 11:30 a.m. Feb. 19. The case was adjourned to March 16.
