LAKE GEORGE- Michael D. Champagne, age 26, of Ben Arnold, Texas was arrested March 8 after he was stopped by the Warren County Sheriff's Department for an unsafe lane change. Police found that he had a .21 percent BAC.
Champagne was processed for Aggravated DWI and was held in the police lock up for arraignment due to a lack of bail.
The arrest was made by Patrol Officers Richard Swan and Jeremy Coon.
