FORTEDWARD- David L. Cox, 29, of Fort Edward, plead guilty to first-degree criminal sexual act, a felony and agreed to a plea deal of 25 years in prison, followed by 20 years on parole.
Cox was arrested after sexually abusing a seven-year-old girl and for participation in the abuse of a 15-year-old girl. Crystal L. Crandall, 30, has charges pending against her for participating in the abuse of the older girl.
Both are being held in Washington County Jail.
