GRANVILLE- Colleen Kamburelis, 40, of Granville, was reported to Washington County Child Protective Services last week and arrested, police said.
She was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. She was arraigned in Argyle Town Court.
