PLATTSBURGH - Kyle P. Wyman, 21, Plattsburgh, was arrested March 4 on two felony charges of having interfered with Vermont police radio transmissions.
The arrest was made contingent with the results of an investigation by police departments from Plattsburgh and Colchester, Vt., and New York State Police.
Wyman was charged with computer trespassing, and first-degree criminal impersonation. He was arraigned in Plattsburgh City Court and remanded to Clinton County Jail on $500 bail.
