ELLENBURG - Matthew Forcier, 41, was arrested on a felony charge of third-degree criminal mischief March 7.
Forcier allegedly damaged another person's property during a domestic dispute.
He was arraigned and remanded to Clinton County Jail on $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond.
