WARRENSBURG- Kimberly H. Pulica, 23, of Warrensburg was charged with second degree robbery, a felony, after assaulting the clerk at Xtra Mart on Route 9 and stealing her cell phone, police said.
She was arraigned and sent to Warren County Jail for lack of bail.
