QUEENSBURY- Michael W. Murdie, 38, of Ballston Spa offered to send a 12-year-old girl photos of his genitals last week, police say.
He plead guilty to disseminating indecent material and was sentenced to five years probation by Warren County Court.
Murdie will also have to register as a sex offender.
