On Feb. 24, Vermont State Police responded to Valley View Drive in Mendon to investigate the report of a family fight. Following an investigation into the matter, Todd Blow was arrested for domestic assault after probable cause was found that he allegedly hit his girlfriend during the course of an argument. He was lodged at the Marble Valley Correctional Center.
