PLATTSBURGH - With former Gov. David Paterson's spending reductions and the possibility of Gov. Andrew Cuomo's budget plan, Clinton Community College could be facing a total of 25 percent loss in state funding over two years.
An increase in tuition is being considered, as well as applying reserve funds towards the budget.
