Kids' reading program under way

CAVENDISH-The Cavendish Fletcher Community Library has always been the place to be in summer and never more so than with the Summer Reading Program kicking off.

The theme for this year is "One World, Many Stories" and features multicultural books and art projects as well as old favorites such as the "Drive-in Movie" and "Stuffed Animal Sleep Over".

The program is open to children from pre-school through high school and anyone completing the program will receive a prize. Those interested may sign up at the library through the month of June.
