PLATTSBURGH - Susanna A. Shonyo-Bish, 31, was arrested for allegedly using her estranged husband's checking account without permission May 28.
State police reported Shonyo-Bish wrote a check at Walmart for $222.13 using the account of Joseph Shonyo who reported the incident days later.
