Heuvelton scored five times in the last two innings in coming back to beat the Lady Panthers June 6, eliminating them from the state tournament.

Chelsea DuShane led the Panthers with three hits, including a double and a run batted in, while Lindsay Brace had two hits and a run batted in, including a double and Brittany Foote had two hits.

Class D semifinals

Crown Point 18, Willsboro 1

In a rematch of the opening game of the MVAC season, the Lady Panthers again were able to score a convincing win over the Lady Warriors May 31, punching their ticket to the Class D championship game.

Kyli Swires had the lone hit and run scored for the Warriors, which came in the third inning.
