LAKE PLACID - Shawn A. Kilburn, 46, was arrested by Lake Placid Police Department officers on charges of driving without a license and while under the influence of alcohol.
Police state Kilburn was stopped in the early morning hours of June 4 when the vehicle he was operating swerved over the center line.
Kilburn was arrested and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI. He was also issued a ticket for failure to keep right.
Kilburn was remanded to Essex County Jail on $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond.
