PLATTSBURGH - Darling J. Richardson, 52, Upper Jay, was injured in a two-car accident Jan. 22, after she reportedly failed to yield right of way at the intersection of Military Turnpike and Route 3. Another vehicle, driven by Amy L. Belair, 40, Saranac, hit Richardson's vehicle.
Richardson was treated at CVPH Medical Center and later released.
