WILLSBORO - The second annual Snow Festival will take place on Saturday, Jan. 29 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Pok-O-Mac Cready Outdoor Education Center in Willsboro. Admission is $10 per person or $8 per person for groups of four or more. Events will include snow tubbing, relay races, snowman contests, snow cones and food.
