PLATTSBURGH - Susan Heath, 48, was arrested Jan. 19 following an alleged violent domestic dispute. She was charged by city police with the felony charge of second-degree assault, and a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
Heath is due in court Feb. 4.
