ROUSES POINT - Rouses Point Firefighters were called to Apartment 1 at Albert Carriere Apartments Jan. 23 after kitchen curtains caught fire.
Tenant Amber Monteleone and her 5-year-old son Matt were transported to CVPH Medical Center for treatment from smoke inhalation.
The apartment is still livable.
