KILLINGTON - On Jan. 11, at approximately 11:03 a.m., Alan Brisiel was operating a Freightliner truck on East Mountain Road in Killington. Brisiel's truck was transporting three generators. The brakes on the truck failed and Brisiel lost control; he struck the rear of a Peterbilt tractor-trailer combo operated by Theodore Rzepski at the intersection of Bear Mountain Road. Brisiel's truck ran off the road following the collision. There were no injuries. The crash was investigated by the Vermont State Police Traffic Operations Unit.
