GLENS FALLS - Dresden resident Deborah A. Randall, 43, was arrested Jan. 17 and charged with DWI as well as the felony of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after she was stopped for crossing into the oncoming lane on Glen Street, police said.
Randall's blood alcohol content was 0.16, and her driver's license had been suspended because of a prior driving while intoxicated arrest. She was also wanted on a warrant for a misdemeanor drug possession charge in Albany, police said.
