• Dave A. Buzerak, 17, of Petersburgh, N.Y., pled Guilty to Trespass, and received a Conditional Discharge and fined $225. Police said that at about 5 p.m. Dec. 17 he repeatedly entered the premises of another male on Main St. after being told to leave by both the individual and the police.

• Michael T. Masonius, 42, of Main St., Warrensburg, pled Guilty to DWAI based on a Dec. 21 traffic stop, and was sentenced to Conditional Discharge and ordered to attend a Victims' Impact Panel session, to perform 24 hours of community service, and pay a fine and surcharge totalling $760. His license was suspended for 90 days.

• James L. Straight pled Guilty to Petit Larceny based on a 2010 incident in which he stole cigarettes from the Warrensburg Getty. He was sentenced to 30 days in Warren County Jail, and ordered to pay $18.76 in restitution and a surcharge of $205.

• Bradley C. Persons, 59, of Warrensburg was granted an Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal on a charge of second-degree Harassment. An order of Protection was issued in the case. Police had said that on Sept. 10 he had told a female on River St., "I'm sick of you, I'm going to kick your @$$."

• The cases of Lynn Bennett, John Kindred, Joshua Lylyk, Jennifer Murphy, Amanda Planty, Leah Printy, Kelly Rafferty and William Szabo were adjourned to Jan. 19. The cases of Patrick Cobb, Mario Cumberbatch, Gregory Sesto and Andrew Wertz were adjourned to Feb. 2. The case of Amy Mears was adjourned to an undetermined date.
