NORTH CREEK - Adirondack food as it's traditionally prepared will be the subject of a program at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 23 at the Copperfield Inn.
Titled "Let's Eat! Adirondack Food Traditions and Inspirations," the presentation is part of the Cabin Fever Sunday series offered by the Adirondack Museum. The event will feature museum curator Hallie Bond and Copperfield Chef Stephen Topper.
Bond will explore the history of food and eating in the Adirondacks from farms to hunting camps to lumber camps to Great Camps. Chef Topper will take culinary inspiration from place and past to create local Adirondack dishes.
