PLATTSBURGH - City Police arrested Joshua A. Lavarnway, 22, Irish Settlement Road Dec. 31 on a charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief. A background check revealed he was a deserter of the military.
He is being held pending pickup by officials from Fort Drum in Watertown.
