ELIZABETHTOWN - Essex County lawmakers are working for a trial for a lawsuit about vacation pay filed by former Assistant District Attorney Debra Whitson.
Whitson, who is asking for $10,000, has been turned down twice.
Whitson, who now practices law in Elizabethtown, sued the county in 2006 after she was denied payment for what she said was accumulated leave time.
