GLENSFALLS- Jason M. Lapointe, 30 of Wilmot Street in Glens Falls allegedly entered the home of his ex-girlfriend to attack her boyfriend with a baseball bat.
He was charged with first-degree burglary and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both felonies.
