CHESTERTOWN- Brandon B. Johnson, 37 was jailed last week and charged with felony counts of second degree assault and second-degree strangulation after an investigation by State Police which revealed he allegedly choked his girlfriend to the point of unconsciousness.
The victim was hospitalized with injuries that were not life-threatening, police said.
