Four charged with DWI

QUEENSBURY - Four local people were charged with DWIs this week.

Beau J. McGlothlin, 24, of Queensbury registered a blood alcohol content of .14% and was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated. He was also ticketed for imprudent speed and failure to signal a turn while driving westbound on Luzerne Road in Glens Falls.

Bernard M. Monroe, 40, of Warrensburg was charged with the misdemeanor of aggravated driving while intoxicated after a breath test showed his blood-alcohol content was 0.18% while driving on River Street in Warrensburg. Monroe was also charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle due to his license being suspended from a prior alcohol related conviction.

Christopher Buckley, 44, of Queensbury was arrested for the misdemeanor of aggravated driving while intoxicated after police located him traveling gon Route 9 in Queensbury. Buckley was found to have a BAC of .25%. Buckley was issued tickets for failure to keep right and uninspected motor vehicle.

Kay O. Goldman, 69, was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated after she drove into a parked car in the Robert Gardens North parking lot in Queensbury. She was taken to Glens Falls Hospital but was uninjured.
