Over the fence

Wow! If this three feet of snow up here ever melts, we're going to have a lot of mud - but Thurmanites are used to extreme conditions.

It's getting almost time to start seeds inside the house, to be planted outdoors in May for tomato plants and other vegetables.

The children of the Mommie & Me group always loved to plant seeds in paper or foam cups and watch them sprout. will sprout up and be ready for your garden in May.

Green pepper seeds can be started now and the tomatoes about mid-March. All you need is a few cups, some dirt and some seeds! Good luck in starting your own gardens!
