PLATTSBURGH - Crystal B. Holmes, 24, Ballston Spa, was arrested Feb. 18 for allegedly failing to return a U-Haul, which was supposed to be returned Feb. 5.
Holmes was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony. She is scheduled to appear in front of the Town of Plattsburgh Court Feb. 28.
