Vermont Gov. Peter Shumlin wants to add another $6 million to Vermont's budget for 2011. On the other hand, Shumlin offered a few reductions. The new bill adds $700,000 for people with traumatic brain injuries, $500,000 for homelessness, $300,000 for shelters, and $280,000 for the elderly, blind and disabled.
