The book details UFO reports in Ticonderoga, Hueletts Landing and Stony Creek locally as well as more than 100 UFOpolice reports worldwide.
Soriano lived in Ticonderoga 15 years. He is now retired and lives in Saratoga.
"I think people in Ticonderoga will be interested in this book,"he said. "There's a lot of UFO activity in the Ti area."
Soriano knows many will scoff at him and his book. He understands, but points out many scientists support him.
"Policemen, like pilots, are generally viewed as independent, reliable observers," Stan Friedman, a nuclear scientist, wrote in the book's forward. "The book is compelling."
Richard Dolan, who has written books on national security and UFOs, claims Soriano and Bouck "have made a strong case for the UFOphenomenon."
