Community's 'Cabin Fever' party is Saturday

All area residents are welcome to enjoy socializing and savory food this Saturday at the second annual Bolton Cabin Fever Cure-All party. The event, complete with a tropical theme, is set for the Bolton Town Garage Feb. 19 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Dishes prepared by chefs from a variety of restaurants will be served, and entertainment will be provided by Bill Campbell and the Blue Moon band. Bring the entire family - there will be a large indoor sand dune to play in. Admission is a donation collected at the door and everyone is encouraged to bring a dish to share. Events and activities offered in Bolton

Plans are progressing for the second annual Girlfriends Getaway in Bolton which was such a hit with participants and local merchants in its debut year of 2010. The event, set for the weekend of May 13 through 15 at the Sagamore Resort, will feature 18 workshops, presentations, and classes. Bolton Senior activities scheduled

• Saturday Feb. 19 - 6-10 p.m., Bolton Library's Cabin Fever Party. Bring a dish to share to this free event. Party has moved this year to the Bolton Town Garage, Finkle Road. Enjoy great socializing, gourmet food and live music. There's a tropical theme.

• Wednesday Feb. 23 - Wii Bowling 10 a.m. at the Bolton Senior Center. Try your hand at this virtual sport!
